Assembly Process of silo storage structure
1. Find a clean, flat space
2. Place the product according to the factory number, according to the leg parts, the cone parts and the silo body part respectively
3. Use bolts, seals and other fasteners to assemble the legs, cones and silo body
4. Use the crane to first move the cone including the legs to the pre-set silo base.
5. Fasten the silo legs to the cement base by bolts.
6. Secure the assembled silo body to the cone
7. Place the assembled silo board and guardrail on the top of the silo
8. Fix the feed pipe on the side of the bin body, and connect the discharge valve with the cone discharge port
9. Assemble the ladder, dust collector, pressure valve and other parts
